The Oak and Locust trees were blow-downs.  They were sawn and kiln dried in Asheville and are ready to go for whatever your needs.  These tree were fairly large diameter so the wood quality is very good.  They could be milled for flooring or outdoor deck boards (locust).  There would be an extra cost for finished boards.  There is @ 1000 bd ft of oak (red) and 700 bd ft of locust.  Price: $1.75 per bd ft. for all.  Contact John McDermott 828-681-0851 or email
