Additional Advertising Information: Any and all subdivisions, developments, PUDs, Co-Ops, etc. wishing to be listed, advertise, or otherwise make representation within the 2008-09 WNC Green Building Directory must be officially committed to enrolling all ( i.e. 100%) units in the NC HealthyBuilt Homes certification program or a similar national program as deemed comparable by a majority of the Board of Directors; the purpose of this is an attempt to control the 'green washing' within the industry locally. Any parties whom desire an exception to this policy may appeal to the WNC Green Building Council's Board of Directors via written correspondence and/or a direct presentation testifying to the green aspects of the development. An exception will require approval by two-thirds (2/3) of voting Board members.
